The Coleraine Community Corner is a time for fun, learning, and spending time together. So, when Justin offers to work with Timmy on a project for the event, Timmy is ecstatic.

Justin is giving his all to make this project the best one ever—a project Timmy can be proud of. But, how can Timmy be proud of something he hasn’t done?

It seems like this is one nature project only Justin will be able to take credit for?

So, where does that leave Timmy? Well, he’s pretty lonely. And, he’s wondering whatever happened to spending time together on the project.

Do you sometimes concentrate so much on working to make something nice for someone that you forget the person you’re doing it for and what they really need?

Throughout the gospels, Jesus’ focus is on people. He doesn’t just perform the same miracle on everyone. He takes the time to know their heart and know their need and then he acts. Let’s make sure we’re focusing on the people in our lives instead of what we think they need.
